After 8 years in the Marketing industry and 3 children later, Emma decided to re-train and focus her business ventures on the important aspect of childcare. Creating this new, exciting brand to deliver a unique quality childcare provision.

Sian has worked in a variety of childcare settings for over 8 years, including working in a Montessori nursery. After a break from childcare to look after her son she is now looking forward to jumping back into nursery life.

Sian has always enjoyed working with children and has a great passion for working with those with additional needs and challenging behaviour.

Lauren has a natural passion for helping others, including contributing to the well-being and development of babies and children. She loves health, wellness and nature and strives to always project positive energy to those around her.

Lauren has 7 years’ experience in early year’s, including assisting children with EAL and working in a Montessori setting. Lauren has completed her Level 6 BA Honours degree in early years and is always keen to extend her knowledge more.

Since qualifying Lauren has been acting room leader at our Brenchley site and is keen to progress further into Management on a brand she is familiar with.

She believes that a day full of giggles and messy play is a day well spent and the key to supporting a child flourish into an even more amazing little human!

Emma is new to the nursery world but is very much looking forward to learning new and exciting skills, she has a very positive attitude and is eager to motivate people as best she can.
